
If we ask which Omega3 is best we could say that both, the vegetable and fish, are equally good and perform the same functions. However, if we only knew the damage we do to oceans by eating both fish and fish food supplements we would undoubtedly the vegetable Omega3.
It is a not a matter of of discrediting or avoiding the consumption of marine products, since it is very good to consume them. The goal is to show the negative impact that fishing and the excessive consumption cause.

170 billion marine species are currently being fished per year (the equivalent of 3 times the weight of every American citizen). This completely alters the marine food chain.
Marine species are interconnected by a food chain. If we damage a link in this chain by overfishing, we can disrupt the whole ecosystem.
